A Madura account lets you check out faster, track orders, save favorites to your wishlist, write reviews, earn rewards, and build your personal humidor collection. You can also shop as a guest, but an account keeps everything in one place.
Before you start
You must be 21 or older to use Madura. You’ll be asked to confirm your date of birth the first time you visit. (See the article “Verifying you’re 21 or older.”)
Create an account with email
Select Sign up in the top navigation.
Enter your email address.
Choose a username. Usernames are 3 to 30 characters and can include lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores.
Create a password of at least 8 characters.
Optionally add your name.
Select Create account.
We’ll email you a 6-digit verification code. Enter it to activate your account. (See the article “Verifying your email address.”)
Create an account with Google
Select Sign up (or Log in).
Choose Continue with Google and pick your Google account.
If it’s your first time, you’ll be asked to choose a username to finish setting up.
That’s it, no separate password needed when you use Google.
Good to know
One email address per account.
If you already started as a guest, creating an account keeps your future orders and preferences together going forward.
