Madura is for adult cigar enthusiasts. A few rules determine who can shop and where we can ship.
You must be 21 or older
Everyone who uses Madura must confirm they’re at least 21 years old. (See the article “Verifying you’re 21 or older.”)
We can only ship to certain states
Cigar and tobacco shipping is regulated differently in every U.S. state. Madura ships only to states where we’re able to sell and deliver legally. You’ll set your destination with the “Ship to” control, and products that can’t ship to your state are clearly marked.

Delivery requirements
Tobacco deliveries may require an adult (21+) signature on arrival. Make sure someone of legal age is available to receive the package.
