Each order moves through a series of statuses so you always know where it stands.
What the statuses mean
Awaiting payment: We’re waiting for payment to be confirmed.
Confirmed: Payment is in and your order is being prepared.
Processing: We’re getting your order packed and ready to ship.
Shipped: Your order is on its way, tracking is available. (See the article “Tracking your order.”)
Delivered: Your order has arrived.
Cancelled: The order was cancelled and won’t be fulfilled.
Refunded: A refund has been issued for the order.
Where to see it
Go to Account, then Orders, and select an order to see its current status and history.
Good to know
Statuses update automatically as your order progresses. You’ll also get email updates if you have order notifications turned on. (See the article “Email preferences.”)
