How payments are processed
Card payments are processed by a trusted, industry-standard payment provider. Your card details are sent directly to them through an encrypted connection.
What Madura stores
Madura does not store your full card number. Saved cards are held securely by our payment processor, and we only see limited information like the card brand and last four digits to help you tell your cards apart.
Your part in staying secure
Keep your account password strong and private. (See the article “Keeping your account secure.”)
Only enter payment details on the official Madura site.
Madura will never ask for your full card number or password by email or text.
Spotting a charge you don’t recognize
If you see a charge you don’t recognize, contact us right away so we can look into it.
