You control which emails Madura sends you from your account settings.
Managing your preferences
Sign in and go to Account, then Notifications.
Turn each type of email on or off.
Your changes save to your account.
Types of emails
Order updates: Confirmations and status changes for your orders.
Stock alerts: Emails when an item you asked about is back in stock. (See the article “Back-in-stock alerts.”)
Marketing: News, offers, and product highlights. This one is off unless you opt in.
Good to know
Important order confirmations are always sent so you have a record of your purchase, even if other emails are off.
Not seeing our emails? Check spam and promotions, and add [email protected] to your contacts.
