Reading reviews
On a product page you’ll find:
An overall star rating and total review count.
A breakdown of how many reviews gave each star rating.
The ability to sort reviews (most recent, highest rating, lowest rating) and filter by star rating.
Writing a review
You’ll need an account, and it’s best to review cigars you’ve actually tried.
Open the product page.
Select the option to write a review.
Give a star rating from 1 to 5.
Add your notes. You can include tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and where you enjoyed it.
Submit your review.
Managing your reviews
Go to Account, then Reviews, to see the reviews you’ve written and delete any you no longer want to keep.
Review guidelines
Keep reviews honest and about the product. Reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or promotional may be removed.
